You can create your own subjects, and distribute them freely.
  Subject: set of pictures and textures forming the elements of Windows interface. Ex: with the subject Winter, your screen will be refreshing. And it will burn with the subject Sun !
 

A new market for independant graphists.

A graphist can create his own subjects, then sell them in the same way as the shareware system: the user can try the subject for a limited period, and later makes up his mind to buy it or not, directly from its authors.

To make easier this purchase, to secure it, to control the respect of the trial period and to distribute the subject throughou the world, WindowPictures will allow (very soon) the authors to sell their subjects through its system (by means of CD-ROM and Internet aids) with the help of coding tools and others.

In that way, you only create the subjects, we do the following:

• we distribute them in magazines (CD-ROM), Internet sites, shareware distributors, etc.
• we sell them throughout the world and by several means (credit cards, checks, etc..)
• WindowPictures will not allow people to use your subjects when the trial period is over.
• your pictures are coded in order not to be copied easily. And probably we will code your name inside your pictures (but invisibly).
• we put the best subjects on our web site.
